Use of the Platform

Design Forge provides an AI-powered engineering assistance platform designed to support RF and microwave design workflows. By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Accounts, Access & Beta Features

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Certain features may be offered as beta or experimental services. These features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain limitations or errors. Use of beta features is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property & Your Data

All software, models, interfaces, documentation, and content provided by Design Forge are the exclusive property of Design Forge or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your designs, prompts, and engineering data. By using the Services, you grant Design Forge a limited license to process this data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. Design Forge does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Services to create competing products.

AI Output & Engineering Responsibility

Design Forge provides AI-generated suggestions, optimizations, and guidance intended to assist—not replace—professional engineering judgment.

You acknowledge that all outputs may require validation and expert review. You remain fully responsible for final designs, simulations, compliance, and engineering decisions. Design Forge does not guarantee accuracy, performance, or regulatory compliance of AI-generated outputs.

Third-Party Integrations & Payments

The Services may integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or APIs. Design Forge is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of third-party services.

Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and access levels may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Legal, Liability & Termination6. Intellectual Property

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Design Forge may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or operational reasons.
